OneWiseMac Returns Policy
Faulty Items - within the first 30 days
At OneWiseMac, we stock some of the highest quality accessories for your Apple device, however we are not able to avoid those rare instances where the product may be faulty or develops a fault.
If your product is faulty or develops a fault within the first 30 days please contact us first at email@example.com with details of the issue and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note that you are require to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the item/s back to in order to receive a returns authorization code.
If you need to return something that isn’t faulty, for any reason and it is in exactly the same condition (brand new, with original packaging) as you received it, please contact email@example.com, before sending the item/s back to us in order to receive a returns authorization code.

Please include the returns slip that came with your order. If you no longer have the returns slip simply include your name, order number, reason for return and preference of refund or replacement. Processing a return will take longer if we don't have this info.
The return will be your responsibility until it reaches us so we advise you to make returns using Royal Mail and ask for a free Proof of Postage (keep hold of this until we confirm receipt of the return).
What Happens Next?
Give us 5 working days to receive and process your return, we will then replace or refund you as you requested.
Once we receive your return we will refund or exchange your order as you request on the return slip. Unless we sent the wrong item or it was faulty then you need to pay all return postage costs.
Please allow 10 days from returning your order for your refund to reach your bank account.
Refunds can only be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that we will not refund postage costs if you have upgraded your delivery method to a faster, recorded or courier shipping option.
We will accept any return within 45 days of purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning an item. We will then provide further instructions on making a return. The return will be your responsibility until it reaches us so please make sure it is covered for loss and damage during transit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund or replacement within 10 working days please contact us at email@example.com
If your item was purchased or shipped directly to you as a gift then we can only refund payment to the original payment method. If you would like to return the product for and exchange or store credit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
